Radio with captions – yes it’s on its way hopefully!

Is it possible that, at last, a radio with captions to enable people with a hearing loss to ‘see’ the programmes is now realistic? The US firm Harris Broadcast is apparently developing this with a number of partners and are hopeful that they will be able launch it later in 2008.
